Questions about economic news analysis

When is economic news analysis published?

After each key economic release, such as NFP, CPI, PCE, ISM, UMich and central bank meetings. Every analysis gives the release date and time in GMT at the top.

What does each analysis cover?

The actual figure against the forecast and the previous reading, a short summary of what happened, what it means for traders, how the dollar and gold reacted, what the release measures, and a timeline of the releases to watch next.

คำว่า "ต่ำกว่าคาด" หรือ "ดีกว่าคาด" เทียบกับอะไร?

The actual figure is compared with the market forecast (consensus), and each analysis names its source, such as FXStreet or Forex Factory. A higher-than-expected number is not always good for the dollar; for example, a higher-than-expected unemployment rate usually weighs on the dollar.

Where can I see upcoming economic releases?

Each analysis lists the release date and time in GMT at the top. Economic Calendar For what each release means, see the Economic Indicators Guide
